2022 Survey Participation Goal

Dear IOA Colleagues,

It’s time for the IOA Practice Survey! If you were a practicing organizational ombuds on 31 December 2021, we hope that you will take a few minutes to complete this important survey.

We know you are busy, which is why, IOA’s Research and Assessment Committee has decided to separate the practice and compensation components, offering one short survey each year rather than one large survey biennially.

This year's Practice Survey should only take you about 20 minutes to complete (as long as you have your data handy), and you will be able to stop and come back to the survey if needed. All information will be collected anonymously and reported in the aggregate. 

Why Is this Survey So Important?

Your participation in this project is critical to our understanding and articulating the value and accomplishments of organizational ombuds worldwide. The more ombuds who participate in this survey, the more meaningful our data will be. 

Remember, IOA members have complimentary access to all IOA Practice & Compensation Reports and non-members can purchase access on our website. You can use this information to advance your own career and improve your programs.
