IOA provides a number of valuable resources to it's members via the "Publications and Resources" link to the left, including, but not limited to:

• The Journal of the International Ombudsman Association (JIOA), a peer-reviewed online journal for scholarly articles and information relevant to the ombudsman profession (currently available to the general public).
• The IOA Newsletter, The Independent Voice, is published quarterly by IOA to provide information on developments in the ombudsman practice, Association news, and other topics of professional interest to members of IOA. This newsletter is available to members of IOA.
• Resource booklets on a wide variety of topics related to the ombudsman profession

Additional resources are available to IOA members in the documents area after logging in, including "IOA's Guidance on the ABA Standards", "Nuts and Bolts for Establishing a New Ombudsman Office", and the "Endangered Office" resource document.
